Bayesian modeling allows for applications that are driven not only by data, but also by domain knowledge. With this technique we extended the functionality of an industrial tester at Hahn Automation to uncover the values of parameters that were not available through nondestructive testing. This in turn enables the finding root causes of NOK work-pieces as well as the shortening of test cicle times. The session will explain the basic of Bayesian modeling and walk the audience through the project and its impact for Hahn Automation.
