Bio:

Dr. Heike Markus has been working for Munich Airport since 2012. She works as Senior Manager for strategic planning in Corporate Development and is responsible for strategy development and long-term planning. Her activities include the development of simulation models to quantify the impact of strategic decisions on the whole company and she is part of major investment projects. She has a strong data driven background with a focus on advanced analytics since over 13 years and studied Commercial Information Technology at Hof University of Applied Sciences. She earned her doctorate at the University of Bayreuth.
